      Pros

      The benefits are ok. Interesting business. Provides good customer service. Good office space.

      Cons

      The pay is very low and they cared more about their customers than their employees. The upper management didn't value employees's efforts or opinions. The upper management provided more complaints and criticisms rather than leadersip. The equipments and software were outdated.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
