A stable company with an opportunity for lifetime employment. Quality and dependability are the key strengths

Cons

IT systems are very outdated with too little effort to bring the infrastructure to the modern level. Though international in form, the company is focused on the development of Japanese employees only. Internal hiring is weak, many good vacancies are filled from outside.

Pros

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
