Business Outlook
Pros
At the time the benefits were good, the salary was on par, and there were a good number of dedicated, smart, employees to work with.
Cons
I have found that when a foreign entity owns a domestic company (no matter the two cultures), many things get lost in translation. I watched the leadership deteriorate over time until it was my time to go. During this deterioration goals became the point instead of the initiative they were supposed to be supporting. Experience was replaced by a fast talkers and ladder climbers. Morale was rock bottom, and employees knew what was happening. It is difficult for executive leadership to see ladders climbers for what they are, even harder when a distant foreign entity is making the decisions.
