Understaffed. Low levels of support from corporate. Creates a negative attitude and high pressure environment for many which can spread to others.

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
