Friendly environment and hybrid set up make it a nice place to work for

Not too many opportunities for a promotion

The salary is higher then average.

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
