Pros

Decent benefit, that’s all I can think of

Cons

Moral level is low. Recently they had lay offs and got rid of people who are competent but not personally liked by upper management. Many sales people quit because there is no rewarding system. They only punish you if you don’t make your quotas. They crammed the office with people way to soon back in June , so there was a Coronavirus case in the office recently. Some people quit because they didn’t feel safe. They only care about profit and don’t care about people’s lives.

Yusen Logistics Response
5y
Yusen Logistics has been trying our best to navigate these difficult times as we experience a global pandemic. We strive to keep employee morale high and there is a close focus from senior management on being able to navigate these unprecedented challenges. We hope our staff recognize this commitment and will embrace the new normal. We have a robust process to ensure employees are safe prior to returning to the office and no office in Yusen Logistics requires non-essential staff to report to the office (all offices are closed or open for volunteers). Each location has multiple safeguards in place to ensure staff are safe in line with company policy and local guidelines. Yusen Logistics strives to attract and retain industry leading talent and has made recent enhancements to our short-term incentives that align with our competitors.

Pros

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
