Pros
Work life balance is okay, some managers are understanding while others get highly upset. They are becoming increasingly strict now.
Cons
Benefits are good, no room for personal growth and if you try to switch departments they will make sure that you cant, they offer promotions with little increase in pay. Managers say one thing and do another, employees have meltdowns frequently and go create a scene in the office, no HR at this location with lots of unhappy employees. A lot of people leaving.
