Company values are a thing of the past. There's no integrity amongst Leadership. Leadership thinks they know it all but they don't have a clue. Compensation is not the best. No bonuses for the past few years. Company is operating in the red and has cut out all employee appreciation activities. Jobs are currently being eliminated. Not a diverse environment. No room for growth.
