      Pros

      They will pay a decent wage but if you don't care about your job or advancing then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Once you are placed in a job you are there to stay forever. They don't move you around or advance you. They get the information or work out of you and then spit you out after they are completed.

      Pros

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
