Pros

There are nice people on operation level. The Kaizen / proces impprovement approach is very helpfull and the customers get reasonable support from operation. High focus on safety. The company has some good solution designs for automotive operations. There is also a kind of an "out of the box" thinking in the teams which is good for business.

Cons

I do not mean to be harsh but the top managers are inmature and play only on they playground. There is hardly any x-country cooperation. The operation people are under too much pressure and there is no clear "way forward". Very bad work life balance. The management does not always stick to the values and what they promise to employees. The company values are very nice but evaporates when/if they reach the operation floor due to daily work load. The communication between lines is not effiecient and not to the point. Top managers play a strange game called "I am the boss". The business development does not link well to the operation and has a weak market know how. You can feel that the company adopted some ideas from "Toyota way" but it is just a fraction of the real meaning.

Pros

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
