They have great benefits and the company’s values are good.

Cons

Some of the management team is the worst. They retaliate, expect employees to be flexible with them but aren’t flexible at all with the employees. Make emotional decisions instead of logical ones.

Pros

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
