      Pros

      The associates are very good, hardworking people. The company is part of a large global company giving it certainty to be there for a long time.

      Cons

      Management does not lead - no direction from the top. Upper management changes every couple of years and is very weak. There is no vision for the organization. Perhaps Tokyo should take over and stop hiring Americans out for their own resume enhancement.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
