      Pros

      There really is none. Company culture is not the friendliest but you'll find a couple of good people that you can agree with, they don't want to be working for this company either.

      Cons

      Soulless work with micro managers. If you're an error free robot then this is the job for you. This company is top of bottom tier logistics. Awful practices with no real solutions. You'll be working double or triple and set-up to fail & you'll be blamed for it. Applying here is a waste of time. Don't do it.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
