      Pros

      The company had a lot of good benefits. The people there were good and very helpful. It was an easy job and fun to do most of the time .

      Cons

      The manager were not always friendly. Hours can get crazy working 14 hour days 6 to 7 days a week sometime. It was not easy to take vacation as no one could cover .

      Pros

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
