      Size and management style is amazing. After few years of work , salary starts to become aligned with market

      Cons

      Lack of vision, internal communication almost in-existing. No portal for employee, Silloed organization where people don't communicate or understand each other.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
