Pros

Very very FEW stressful moments, big personal cubicle, nice people to work with, free coffee, tea, snacks and cater lunch!

Cons

Teams/departments are slightly separated. Very few social activities and it's difficult to get to know each other. The office space looks boring and needs a bit of decoration.

We recently moved in to a newly renovated space in Mountain View so adding more furniture,decor etc. We are working on more fun activities to bring the team together. We had a fun Valentines/ Un-Valentines Party, we had an Easter Party including a egg hunt for the kids and another one for the adults. We also had a Sushi Chef come in for Lunch and tried out a few Food Trucks. We recently had some massage therapists come in and you could sign up for a complimentary massage. More to come!

Pros

Work life balance is pretty good because there is no real work happening due to the complete chaos. The team people as others have noted were great, nice people to work with, low drama.

Cons

Since the January lay off a lot of good people are jumping or have jumped ship. Corporate management (CEO, Chief Digital Officer, CIO) are clueless as to what they had and how to use it. For example "buy don't build" on a slide shown to the people who job is to build. Apart from that the company has no direction and operates like they are running a bookstore not a tech company (particularly HR).
