      Better than average paid time off if you can be approved for it.

      Cons

      Few real opportunities for advancement, particularly if you are ethnic or female. Far too many H1B foreign contractors in growth positions.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
