      Pros

      Lots of hands on experience, was thrown into the plant and asked to figure things out. Learned a lot, got to work in a machining shop. Great People to work with.

      Cons

      Not the greatest location for young people.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
