      Pros

      There are none it's that bad.

      Cons

      Treat employees with no respect. Can't even pay people correctly. Replacing American management with Germans and Brazilians. Fire people for dumb reasons.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
