      Pros

      Food is ok.and pantry ok

      Cons

      Many.. By namesake Product based but almost all Mangers and Management from service based, work cluture is worst. HR policy's too worst. If any one goes to onsite , he/she submit all bills(including food,Travel,movie tickets also). Working hours 9.30. Poor transport facility. service based work culture. My suggestion is don't join now.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
