1. Worst management system , worst policies 2. Very long probation period 2. Can not apply leaves in probation only casual and sick leaves are allowed if that is over , no leaves available so there will be loss of pay 3. All managers don’t know how to deal with counter part 4. Some manager will pressurise you with the name of probation period 5. No management skills in project managers 6. Managers behaving like they are some school teacher and we are students 7.feels like provindibg service and support to counter part 8. No project in many of the department 9.no friendly work environment feels like coming to school and there is teacher to do micro management 10.people who are coming from product based company ..they will not feel comfortable here
