Pros
Nice working environment for employees. Employee friendly management. Providing good food and transport which is helping many employees to ease their day to day to life in office. Apart from work company is conducting many other events which gives lot of relief to all the employees in their busy schedule. Few management staff are so friendly that they take our suggestions so well and try to give good support to employees.
Cons
9.5 working hours are little hectic and they are not taking any extra effort to regularize some considerable working hours. Atleast 30 min layoff will give lot of relief. Policies needs lot of improvements as present policies seems like not matching the standards of product industry / company. They are not providing snacks in the evening for free as many product companies do.
