Pros
Good management, people very involved in what they do. A very good ambiant within the company and with the coworkers. Very good organization of the job and the different tasks assigned to the workers.
Cons
As designer engineer, it was not always easy to work in an openspace. It was sometimes complicated to focus on creative tasks with all the phone calls and the people talking all around me.
