Pros
Fresh Start for everyone, since the ZF ITC started in Hyderabad started only 2 years back. The work culture is outdated as you would find in other automotive companies. Lots of surveys and feedback processes which is good. Active cultural events including dancing, singing etc which keeps the work atmosphere fresh. Lots of ZF sponsored weekly sport events - Badminton, Football, Cricket. Great Nightly Cabs system. Great Employee Trainee and Induction programs.
Cons
Lacks proper IT Infrastructure, which is in the processing so it might take some time. Some teams have a regional Telegu bias.
