Used to be industry leader with high HR standards
Cons
Does not live up to company mission statements. Acts very regional when reducing workforce. Hides behind COVID when jobs get slashed in other regions where laws allow, while jobs in Germany are preserved. Be careful if you do not hire in under German contract!
