Technicians and operators work everyday while Office, IT, Engineers and Management take weekends and holidays off. Offers no bonus for anything. You can be a slacker or a go getter and everyone is paid the same. No pay scale to give anyone a reason to put any effort into their job. If you just get hired in, chances are you are making the same as someone that has been there 20+ years. Safety is a joke there too. No real training and no one works together.
