      Good benefits, payment compatible with the market, profit share

      Cons

      I've left the Company in the middle of an economic crisis in the country and the Company was merging with another. Any negative evaluation would possibly be biased due to this complicated período.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
