      Lots of opportunity to teach yourself how to do things because training was out of the question.

      Cons

      Its like a civil war in their Indiana plant. The union vs the salaried employees. All they did was talk bad about eachother and blame issues on eachother. Very little cooperation. Lots of figurative back stabbing.
