      Lot of learning opportunities at ZF. But only thing management won't care about employee work life. Working culture is worst in some of project

      Cons

      HR policies are not good at ZF . So many hidden things are there which will not be known clearly to the person who is going to join the company.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
