      Flexible, new learning, Management is open to ideas

      Cons

      bad managers, favoritism/partiality, salary is not as per market, Appraisal is not transparent, Rating would be given upon the manager's mood while rating the employees but not on the KPI's which were assigned and attained.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
