Pros
Worklife balance was solid. Ability to purchase vacation. My direct manager was a main reason I stayed longer.
Cons
Upper level management is disconnected from daily buyers and plant level operations. 1 merit increase/quality of life increase in 4+ years. No bonus. Little room for vertical growth. Job title and work load will increase but no movement in management opportunities.
