      Pros

      Ability to work with varied, emerging technologies. Opportunities to move in the company.

      Cons

      If you’re not in Germany you’re second string and it’s always a fight. A lot of bureaucracy. Former TRW was much quicker at decision making. Too many people where they’re not needed (commercial team).

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
