      timely updated and automatic operation of lab instruments

      Cons

      usage priority of shared lab instruments, some shared lab instruments actually are restrictedly used by one person. everyone is expected to follow same steps when use shared instruments although one step is not useful.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
