Pros
lots of walking/exercise. optional and occasionally mandatory OT. they give out a variety of free plants and seedlings on earth day. some coworkers can make a hard day so much easier just by having a good attitude, but that credit is towards the person and not the company.
Cons
A/C doesn't work half the time. team leads/supervisors/uppermanagement plays favorites. we often run short and have to run multiple stations at once, and are then penalized for not hitting numbers. overall morale is low. took them 5 months to roll me over when promised it would take only 3. mask requirements are on and off again every few days.
