      safe company to work for if you not looking for anything hectic. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Not much salary, growth opportunity if you are in US. Preference to keep workforce and promotions in Germany.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
