      Decent pay for work performed

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Pulls trainers before training is complete. I've seen them fire employees who did nothing wrong and machinery was at fault. Would rather work their people to the bone than shut down a few days and fix the issues

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
