      Pros

      A clean work environment with air conditioning. As much overtime as you can handle. Fair pay for light industrial work.

      Cons

      They do not value their employee's work-life balance. Under the 48-hour notice, you will be working most weekends. Mostly only Saturdays now but there was a time when we worked 35 days in a row.

      Thank you for your feedback. Scheduling in manufacturing can be very difficult to navigate. We must deliver product on time to the customer while maintaining a reasonable schedule and safe environment for our employees.       Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
