      Pros

      Good work life balance. They worked hard to not lay people off and mo e them to other positions when closing down a division.

      Cons

      Teams are international and it causes confusion and poor communication. Pay increases and bonuses are well behind what you would recive at an OEM.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
