      A sattelite office of US. ZF Japan doesn't have any authority to plan anything for its future. Employees are consider as wotkers for US. Do your job and leave when you want. Don't expect any career development.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
