      Good office Work is not very hectic Some teams have good work

      Cons

      There is very high salary gap between employees. Also, the recruitment process is shaddy. I worked with a software developer who doesn't even know basics of coding.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
