Revenue generation chosen over employee health & safety - Anonymous employee ZILLIONe Employee Review

Zillione is probably the only IT organization in Sri Lanka which brought staff to office throughout the COVID19 pandemic/lockdown time. While almost all the other companies are adopting to work from home, Zillione brings its employees to work from office by leaving them and their families lives at a great risk despite multiple requests made by staff to not to do so. No office transport is provided, public transportation is used by most of the employees. Health insurance cover is at the bare minimum.
