      Pros

      There's a good structure in place. Increments are done yearly. I'm yet to benefit from that tho, but surely. The staff are pretty welcoming. It didn't take me time to settle in. My manager and team members are very supportive - one of my team members was recently transferred to a different department tho (tearss). lol There's a game/relaxation room. Sooooooooo useful.

      Cons

      Hmmm. None in particular at the moment, but if i had to say one now, it'd be "No hybrid working arrangement". I hope that can be reconsidered in the future. Ohhhhhh, and no exam leave days. That would be really welcome as it would encourage staff even more to pursue more career advancement programs.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
