      Pros

      Great benefits. There is nothing else positive to say.

      Cons

      Someone else has posted, where careers go to die... And it will be a slow and painful death. Quite possibly some of the worst regional managers in the industry. Pay is not competitive to other carriers. Creating a fear based environment is not good for employee moral.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
