      Aspired to work with ZIM , because of assured of good team and management to work with, Shipping line committed to its regular customer on long term basis and Focus on value and quality of cargo . ZIM is more focus on its niche market focus and growth plans.

      Cons

      ZIM is niche player, Ifs its can add "North South Traffic" South America East and West from Asia, And USEC and EUROPE base from ASIA/FarEast would add more value.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
