As a student you get to make your own 20 hour per week work schedule. I currently have Mondays off, Tue-Thur 2p-6p, and Friday 9a-6p (dress down/office party day). Currently making $25 an hour and will be employed until I gradate with the option to maintain my current role as a Resolution Student Analyst or move to another department. Upon graduation as an intern, if the department you work in is full, you won't get hired to work full time in it and will have to transfer to a different one to stay with the company. The Intern program contract says it lasts until you graduate but Zim can terminate your position at their discretion. Full-time workers are obligated to work 45 hours a week (salary position) and won't be paid for overtime.
