      Pros

      Vacation time is generous, meet good people, work can be challenging and rewarding when you help people

      Cons

      The pay is horrible, we don’t even have a cost of living wage and haven’t had raises, including a COL raise in at least 14 years. There’s a lot of favoritism by the managers and you have lazy coworkers. Our systems are restrictive and you have to go to so many places just to get info. Lack of career advancement. There is no work/life balance for certain people, complete burnout and the company does not care.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
