You'll have no work to do, you'll have good coworkers on the lower levels

Cons

Management sucks, stuck up care more about time than work output. Heavy favouritism is played by upper management, based on how much they like you(how much you suck up to them). There's no work, you won't learn anything, you'll even be incentivized to not work and just play suck up. No increment in 2 years. No diversity in hiring. You'll have a no work no life balance. Forced to sit for 8 hours even when there's nothing to do
