Temporary positions with undefined contract lengths resulting high employee turnover. Inadequate compensation , negligable raises. Group leaders with no experience in business and who are unable to even identify or provide the basic tools necessary to accomplish their teams jobs or provide adequate training or growth for employees. Group leaders who lack the ability to think creatively or to interact with other employees without conflict. Ego driven management who promote and support only friends and cannot identify and support the actual qualified individuals working under them. Training is nearly non-existent , and undervalued. How can you run a departmement if you never show your face there ? Or evaluate process and quality if you never step foot in the department you manage ? Or promote communication or cooperation between group leaders and managers if your not actually present where the department actually functions?
