Pros
Flexible hours sometimes but it's at their will and their discretion
Cons
Mandatory overtime and I've had it since I started it's so bad that management will send emails that said we cannot leave until a project is complete and it's an unrealistic expectation 99% of the time. Management is cliquey and can't think for themselves to place judgement on somebody it's honestly more a bunch of girls and Leadership positions who are on the jocks of the guys who work there.
