Pros
Overall the company is good to work for. Benefits and PTO are pretty good
Cons
Doesn't pay to go above and beyond. Company is resistant against change. Employees have been working from home for year+ but we are being forced back in bc thats the way it was. Some people have a job that can be done remotely and some dont. Management is horrible and can't hold their Employees accountable. Instead of managers actually managing, ZOLL seems to have a one size fits all across the board. Bc a few people aren't capable of working remotely and be productive, the entire company overall has to pay for it. Which is even worse when you consider they don't have room for everyone. Go rent out another building, because that's a good solution.
